1xbe Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players Using Our Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to 1xbe. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player", "you") and 1xbe ("the platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern every aspect of your use of the 1xbe website, mobile experience, betting markets, live casino games, and any related services made available to players in Pakistan.

By registering an account on 1xbe, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you should not use 1xbe.

These Terms are written in plain English and designed to be understandable to Pakistani players without a legal background. We have tried to avoid unnecessary jargon. Where technical or legal language is unavoidable, we have explained what it means in plain terms alongside it. The intention is a genuine, fair, two-way agreement — not a document designed to be ignored or misunderstood.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 1xbe, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1xbe does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform. This is an absolute rule with zero exceptions.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual — not as an agent, representative, or under instruction from any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from 1xbe or requested account closure for problem gambling reasons.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of 1xbe or any of its technology or content partners.

By completing the registration process on 1xbe, you declare that all of the above conditions are met. Providing false information regarding your age or eligibility is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 1xbe. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If 1xbe identifies that a player holds more than one account, all associated accounts will be suspended, any outstanding balances will be reviewed, and bonuses received across duplicate accounts will be cancelled without refund.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your 1xbe account. This includes your real name, mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If any detail changes — particularly your mobile number or payment details — you must update your account promptly by contacting 1xbe support at support@1xbe.online.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 1xbe account credentials. Do not share your login details with any other person. 1xbe will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. You are responsible for any bets placed through your account, even if placed by a third party who accessed your credentials due to your own negligence.

3.4 Verification

1xbe may request identity verification at any stage of your use of the platform, including but not limited to account registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Verification may include a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, or other documentation. 1xbe reserves the right to temporarily restrict account functions pending completion of verification and to close accounts where verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

1xbe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment channels, all operating in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (mobile wallet)
• SadaPay (mobile wallet)
• IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

1xbe does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. All payment accounts used on 1xbe must be in the verified account holder's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned, and the associated 1xbe account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit on 1xbe is Rs 100. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification steps. 1xbe does not charge withdrawal fees on its side, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. IBFT bank transfers typically complete within one to two business hours on weekdays. 1xbe may require additional verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds or where unusual account activity has been detected.

4.4 Responsible Use of Funds

1xbe accounts are for personal betting and gaming use only. The platform must not be used for currency exchange, money laundering, or any financial activity unrelated to legitimate gambling. 1xbe cooperates with financial monitoring requirements applicable in Pakistan and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without notice.

5. General Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by 1xbe's system. Confirmation is displayed on screen and reflected in your account transaction history. In cases of technical failure where confirmation is not received, the bet is not valid and no claim can be made. 1xbe reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.

5.2 Obvious Errors in Odds

If odds or prices on 1xbe are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure ("palpable error"), 1xbe reserves the right to void all bets placed at those erroneous odds and refund stakes. The determination of whether an error has occurred rests with 1xbe. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors may have their accounts suspended.

5.3 Bet Settlement

All bets on 1xbe are settled based on official results from recognised governing bodies, match officials, and credible independent sources. 1xbe will not settle a bet based on an unofficial or unverified result. Where the official result is delayed, settlement is deferred until confirmation is received. If a result is later overturned by the relevant authority (for example, a decision review or DRS change in cricket), 1xbe reserves the right to re-settle affected bets accordingly.

5.4 Accumulator Bets

If one or more legs of an accumulator bet are voided, the void legs are removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs stand. The accumulator pays out based on the combined odds of the remaining non-voided selections.

6. PSL and Cricket Betting Specific Rules

6.1 Match Abandonment

If a PSL or cricket match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result to be declared — and no official result is awarded by the relevant cricket board — all match-level bets (match winner, total runs, etc.) will be voided and stakes returned. If a result is awarded via Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS), the DLS result is final for settlement purposes.

6.2 In-Play Betting

Live in-play PSL and cricket markets on 1xbe may be suspended at any time during play to reflect changing match conditions. Bets placed before a suspension are valid. If connectivity between 1xbe and its data provider is lost and odds are not updated during a live match, markets may be suspended until the feed is restored. 1xbe is not liable for losses arising from connectivity failures outside its control.

6.3 Cash Out

The Cash Out feature on eligible PSL and cricket markets allows players to settle a bet before the match concludes. The value offered at Cash Out is calculated by 1xbe based on current match conditions and live odds. 1xbe reserves the right to remove or suspend Cash Out availability at any time, including during live matches. A Cash Out is irrevocable once confirmed — it cannot be reversed by the player.

6.4 Player Markets

Bets on player-specific markets (top batsman, top bowler, player of the match) require the named player to take part in the match. If a selected player does not participate due to injury, squad changes, or any other reason, bets on that player will be voided and stakes returned.

7. Live Casino Games (Andar Bahar, Baccarat)

Live casino games on 1xbe — including Andar Bahar, Baccarat, and related table games — are operated through partnerships with licensed, professional live studio providers. These games use physical cards dealt by trained human dealers on camera. Results are determined by the physical dealing of cards and are not generated by software algorithms.

In the event of a technical failure during a live casino round — including streaming interruption, disconnection, or system failure — 1xbe will attempt to settle bets based on recorded footage of the round. If no conclusive result can be determined from available recordings, the round will be voided and stakes refunded.

Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection to access live casino streams. 1xbe is not responsible for losses arising from a player's own connectivity failures during live rounds. If a bet was confirmed before disconnection, it remains valid and will be settled on the official round result.

Minimum and maximum bet limits on all live casino tables are displayed in the game interface. These limits apply per hand or round and may vary between table variants. 1xbe reserves the right to adjust table limits at any time.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 1xbe are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds (or winnings generated from bonus funds) can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit for each promotion are set out in that promotion's individual terms, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms.

8.2 Welcome Bonus

New players on 1xbe are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit, subject to the minimum qualifying deposit amount specified in the current welcome offer. The welcome bonus is available to each player once. Players who attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via separate accounts are in breach of the one-account rule in Section 3.1 and will have all associated accounts closed.

8.3 Bonus Restrictions

Bonus funds may not be used on certain markets or games that contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements. The current contribution percentages by game type are:

• Sports betting (min. odds 1.50): 100% contribution
• Andar Bahar — main bet: 100% contribution
• Ludo Games: 100% contribution
• Crash Games: 100% contribution
• Baccarat: 50% contribution
• Andar Bahar — side bets: 25% contribution

8.4 Abuse of Bonuses

1xbe actively monitors for bonus abuse, including patterns of betting that are designed to exploit bonus terms rather than reflect genuine play. This includes, but is not limited to, placing offsetting bets on the same event, systematically placing minimum-odds bets purely to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating between multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, 1xbe reserves the right to remove bonus funds, withhold associated winnings, and close the account.

9. Responsible Gaming

1xbe is genuinely committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should always be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. We provide a full suite of responsible gaming tools to every 1xbe account holder, and we strongly encourage all players to use them proactively rather than reactively.

Available responsible gaming tools on 1xbe include:

• Deposit limits — set a maximum amount you are willing to deposit per day, week, or month.
• Loss limits — set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period.
• Session time limits — restrict the amount of time spent on the platform in a single session or per day.
• Cool-off periods — take a break from betting for 24 hours, 72 hours, one week, or one month.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a defined period or indefinitely.

These tools are accessible from your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation. Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 48-hour cooling period before the increase applies.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 1xbe's Right to Suspend

1xbe reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that any of the following have occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating
• Suspected money laundering or use of the platform for illicit financial transactions
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual
• Use of software tools, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage
• Provision of false identity information
• Underage gambling

10.2 Effect of Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 1xbe reserves the right to void any outstanding bets, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and retain funds where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or Terms violation. Where an account is closed for any other reason — including self-exclusion requested by the player — verified funds will be returned to the player via the most recent payment method on the account.

10.3 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your 1xbe account at any time by contacting support@1xbe.online. Accounts closed by player request will have outstanding funds returned. Any active bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

1xbe collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using 1xbe, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information (name, mobile number, date of birth), account activity (bets, deposits, withdrawals), device information, and verification documents. This data is used to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, detect fraud, and communicate relevant information to you as a player.

1xbe does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing occurs only where legally required, for payment processing, for identity verification through authorised verification partners, and for responsible gaming compliance purposes.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1xbe platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, graphics, game interfaces, odds displays, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of 1xbe or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any 1xbe content without prior written authorisation. Scraping, data-mining, or using automated tools to extract odds or other data from 1xbe is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

1xbe provides its services on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times and are not liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical outages, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1xbe's liability to any player for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the claim. 1xbe is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses including lost profits, lost betting opportunities, or reputational harm.

You acknowledge that betting and gambling involves the risk of financial loss. 1xbe is not responsible for any losses arising from your gambling decisions. The odds offered on 1xbe represent 1xbe's assessment of probability and may not reflect the true probability of any outcome.

14. Amendments to These Terms

1xbe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 1xbe will notify players via email to the registered mobile/email address and by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of 1xbe following notification of a Terms change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The date at the top of this document reflects when these Terms were last substantively updated. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically, particularly before placing large bets or making significant deposits. Where you do not accept amended Terms, your option is to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
